Little Asteroid AI Camera (novacam) (hereinafter referred to as "this Software" or "this Service") is legally owned and operated by its developers (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). Within this Software, we provide you with services such as image capture, color adjustment, photo retouching, AI image processing, and generation of dynamic moments.

Before using this Software, please carefully read and fully understand all the terms, especially those involving the exemption or limitation of liability, the granting of rights, the usage of information, the agreement regarding special services, and the applicable laws and dispute resolution clauses. 1. Services and License

  • 1.1 This Software is an imaging tool application powered by AI technology. It uses engines like Color Engine (e.g., V11 algorithm) to deliver high-quality image enhancement, color adjustments, and dynamic exports.
  • 1.2 You must provide your own corresponding terminal devices to use this Software. To enable all functions, you must connect the terminal device to the internet, bearing any cost related to data traffic or networking.
  • 1.3 We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial limited license to legally use this Software. All other rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by us. Without written authorization, you may not use this Software for commercial purposes or secondary development.
  • 1.4 To improve user experience or due to operational safety or compliance needs, we may update or modify the service content sporadically (including adding, changing, substituting, upgrading, pausing, or stopping).

2. Account and Registration

  • 2.1 When registering and logging in with a third-party account (e.g., Apple ID), or when submitting an invitation code during closed testing, you must provide real and accurate authorization information.
  • 2.2 Your account may only be used by you personally. You must not gift, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or license it to others in any manner. We have the right to suspend or terminate service to ensure security if we reasonably deem the accessor is not the original registrant.
  • 2.3 You must keep your account and verification details secure and bear full legal responsibility for all actions performed under your account.

3. Code of Conduct and AI Principles

  • 3.1 While using this Software (especially functions including AI generation and color manipulation), you must adhere to local laws, maintain public order, and protect data security.
  • 3.2 You guarantee that all images captured, imported, generated, edited, or exported using this Software belong to you legally or and that you hold full authorization from relevant rights holders, and do not infringe upon any third party's right to portrait, reputation, privacy, copyright, or trademark.
  • 3.3 You shall not utilize this Software to create, produce, publish, or disseminate the following illicit or adverse content:
    • Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, or undermining national unity;
    • Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or jeopardizing ethnic solidarity;
    • Content promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;
    • Insults or slander targeting others or infringing on reputation, privacy, or legitimate rights;
    • Any deceptive or risky content likely to confuse the public;
    • Other content forbidden by laws and regulations.
  • 3.4 Label Management: If you utilize deep learning or generative AI functions to generate artificial images, we may attach specific identifiers following statutory mandates. You may not obscure, paint over, alter, or remove these identifiers in any manner.
  • 3.5 Prohibition Against Reverse Engineering: You must not:
    • Subject the Software (including Color Engine, LUT mechanics) to reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation, nor attempt to discover its source code and underlying models;
    • Infect, manipulate, or inject the app using technical forms;
    • Maliciously exploit invitation codes or underlying security mechanisms;
    • Develop products competing with us using this Software.

4. Subscriptions and VIP Services

  • 4.1 Certain attributes of this Software constitute a VIP service. Following enrollment into an active VIP service, corresponding fees are automatically settled through your associated Apple ID (iTunes account) upon confirmation aligned with App Store provisions.
  • 4.2 Should you choose auto-renewable plans, Apple charges your account 24 hours preceding the ongoing cycle's expiration, advancing the term. To disable auto-renewal, navigate manually through iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions to accomplish this at least 24 hours prior to the cycle ending.
  • 4.3 Except as expressly stated by law or mandated by authorized Apple policies, purchased virtual service products are strictly non-refundable. Service scopes or plans might adapt continuously, and updates will ordinarily be outlined preemptively inside the app.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
